This platform was created by directors Bradley Lewis and Philip Styles. Bradley brings hands on experience working with ISO 9001 in manufacturing environments and understands the realities of implementing and maintaining a quality management system that can stand up to audit. Philip designed and built the platform itself, turning those real operational challenges into a practical software solution.

Too many manufacturers struggle with ISO 9001, not because their processes are poor, but because their quality information is scattered across spreadsheets, shared drives, paper files and emails. When everything is fragmented like this, audits become stressful, reactive and time consuming, particularly for smaller businesses that do not have large quality teams.

We built this platform for one clear reason. Small manufacturing companies deserve quality systems that actually work for how they operate.

We set out to build a practical solution to that problem. The system is designed around how ISO 9001 audits actually happen on the shop floor and in the office, rather than around generic document storage or consultancy driven tools. It helps small manufacturers organise documented information, manage audits, control NCRs and CAPAs, track risks and objectives and maintain clear auditable records within one structured system.
